Terms of use

Updated 2026-10-22

These terms apply to your use of this website (the "site"), run by Juan Gómez Photography ("we", "us"). By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. Questions go to juan2020andres@outlook.com.

Using the site

You may browse the site, read our content, and contact us for your own business purposes. Please don't misuse it: no attempts to break, overload or gain unauthorized access to the site, no automated scraping, and no sending spam or harmful content through our forms.

Free quotes and advice

Free quotes, estimates and tips on this site are general information. They aren't a binding offer or a guarantee of any result until we agree the work in writing.

Our content

The text, design, graphics, logos and code on this site belong to Juan Gómez Photography or are used with permission. You may share links to our pages and quote short passages with credit, but please don't copy or republish our content without asking. Photos of client projects are shown with permission.

Customer projects

Work we do for customers is covered by a separate written agreement, which sets out the price, timeline, payment terms and who owns what. If that agreement and these terms ever conflict, the agreement wins. Prices on this site are a guide; your written quote is what counts.

Links to other sites

The site links to other websites, such as maps and social media. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or how they handle your information.

No warranties

We work hard to keep the site accurate and available, but it's provided "as is". We don't promise it will always be error-free or online, or that the information on it is complete or current.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Juan Gómez Photography is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or any loss of profits, data or business, arising from your use of the site or its free quotes and advice. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state where our business is located, and any dispute about them will be handled in the courts there.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.
